Shipping to the U.S.Following credit card authorization and verification of information, your order will be shipped by the shipping method you have selected. While most orders will be processed within 1 business day, it could take up to 48 hours or 2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your order by the number of days you ordered. For example, orders made with FedEX Express 3-days will arrive within 3 business days from the time that we process your order. To ensure that your order will arrive at your door steps within the time frame that you ordered, you must contact us at info@kidsformal.com with the details of your order. We usually response to all emails within 2 to 4 business hours.
- We stock and ship 100% of all items shown on our website from our warehouses in Las Vegas and Chicago. In the event that we are out of a certain size or color you ordered, we will notify you by phone or email within 24 business hours of your purchase.

Shipping charge does not include any custom duties imposed by the buyer's country. Recipients (including gift recipients) are responsible for all Customs, Duties, Taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. When paying with Paypal we will ship to the address you have associated with your Paypal account. If this is not the address you are using you will need to update your account information. Paying with a verified Paypal account could speed up the processing time of your order.
When paying with an international credit card we might need to verify your account information. Please send us supporting documents (such as driver license, phone, gas or utility bills with your name and billing address) to confirm your account ownership.
All International orders usually ship within 3 business days pending credit card validations; however, orders may randomely be selected for additional reviews. In some cases it could take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews.
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs are not available on international orders. All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded only for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment.
