I shipped this item directly to my brother and sister-in-law for their baby's christening.  They contacted your organization ASAP once they realized the jacket was cut funny and didn't fit right.  They're hoping for a larger size jacket but hope to keep the rest of the outfit.  They're still awaiting a response and the big event is only a week away!  HELP!
