How do I return an item?

Returning Merchandise
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department at info@kidsformal.com.

You may return any merchandise, unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached, within 30 days of shipped date and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges. 
 
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you receive Free Shipping and decide to return the entire order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.  If you decide to keep some items and return only a partial of your order, then NO Shipping Fees will be deducted from your refund.  The chart below shows the amount of deduction base on the return your order.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages.

All underwear, stockings, and under garments are NOT return or exchangeable.

**We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to kidsformal.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by kidsformal.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

Any package returned to kidsformal.com marked as “refused” will be subject to return shipping charges.

Claims on orders not received
You must notify us within 10 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
