How do I return an item?

Returning Merchandise

In order to return/exchange merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number by filling out this
form. You may return any merchandise, unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached, within 30 days of ship date.We have a 100% inspection policy. Merchandise must be in its original condition ( unworn, odor free, tags intact..etc), and no signs of wear. Once item is inspected and satisfied, we will gladly issue a refund minus shipping fees or do an exchange for you. Due to the nature of special occasion formal wear, we WILL NOT be able to return or exchange any item OVER 30 DAYS.


Upon receipt of merchandise, Kids Formal, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to Kids Formal for Return or Exchange.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages.

If you received Free Shipping and decided to return the entire order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you decided to keep some items and return only a partial of your order and is over $200, shipping Fees will be deducted from your refund. The chart below shows the amount of deduction based on the return of your order. If you received free shipping and your total order was reduced below $50 due to returns, $8.95 shipping charge will be applied to your refund.

All hair accessories, jewelry, suspenders, tie, petticoats, stockings, and under garments are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

**We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

Exchanges/returns are allowed one time only.

Any package returned to marked as "Refused" will be subject to return shipping charges.

If you are exchanging for a different item, please place a new order.

Claims on orders not received:
You must notify us within 10 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
